A great day in Gibraltar - no misshaps!

up early in the morning before sunrise. Bus to La Linea which is the border between Spain and Gibraltar, we had to show passports on both sides of the border. When entering Gibraltar you have to cross the AirPort runway!

We took the cable car to the top of the Gibraltar rock, 412 m above sealevel. Cold and windy but the view was spectacular. We could see two continents, Africa and Europe, three countries, Marocko, Gibraltar and Spain. On the rock of Gibraltar there are plenty of apes that have lived there forever and steel evering you put down. There are warnings that they bite you. A fine of 4000 £ IF you feed them.

After that, a nice walk through the Botanical garden, then Main Street and finally fish and chips at the oldest pub in town.
Finally home after a nice day without any misshaps we relax with a glass of wine on our terass.
